There are several ways of providing the lyrics to Power Video Karaoke. You may type them in the lyrics pane, import them from a text file or from the MIDI Karaoke (KAR) file.
If you want to enter the lyrics of the song from the keyboard, simply activate the lyrics pane and start typing. If you want to listen to the song while you are typing, use the playback commands or buttons as described in the Soundrack session.
If you have a lyrics in the text file, you may import them into Power Video Karaoke using Import Lyrics button or Import lyrics from a text file command from File menu. All you have to do is to select the file and its contents will be displayed in the lyrics pane. After import you may modify the lyrics as if you have typed them in.
Another possibility is to use the lyrics and the synchronization from the MIDI Karaoke (KAR) file. To import the lyrics click Import MIDI lyrics button or select Import lyrics from MIDI Karaoke file command from the File menu. The lyrics will show in the lyrics pane. Note that the synchronization of the KAR file is preserved รป this means that after the import text is already synchronized.
